Overview

TempusFlow ("the App") is a macOS menu bar application for tracking screen time and focus sessions. This policy describes how the App handles your data.

Data Collection

TempusFlow does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The App has no internet connection, no analytics, no crash reporting, and no third-party SDKs.

Data Stored Locally

The App stores the following data only on your device:

• Screen session timestamps (when your screen turned on, off, or locked)
• Names of foreground applications and time spent in each
• Focus Quality Score history
• App preferences (notification settings, time thresholds)

This data is saved to ~/Library/Application Support/Tempus/ and never leaves your Mac.

Third Parties

No data is shared with any third party. The App does not use advertising networks, analytics services, or external APIs of any kind.

App Store

TempusFlow is distributed through the Apple Mac App Store. Apple may collect certain information as part of the App Store experience, subject to Apple's own Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Since no data is collected, changes are unlikely to affect you.
